So a couple weeks ago, I was wandering around Smiths and saw a light up frisbee. I have always had a love for throwing discs and so I said to myself "I am sure I could have some fun with that!" So I purchased it. At first no one could get it to work, until I went and bought new batteries. Its pretty amazing what new batteries can do for something.
The girls made a pretty cool pyramid, until the boys pushed us down
But anyways I facebooked some kids, and called some other kids and invited them to come play ultimate light up frisbee. I told them to bring their friends and whoever else. And see if we couldn't throw a party together.

Well last night was the night. April, Jami, and I got to the quad at around 8:40 and played around with a football and the frisbee waiting for people to show up. Around 9 is when majority of the people showed up, and was it a turn out. I had gone to the dollar store and bought the glow stick bracelets so we could tell teams apart. I bought 30 bracelets and Jami and I both though that would be plenty. Well when all was said and done we didn't have enough bracelets.
It was one fun night of getting a little rough, talking to old friends and making new ones. It was such a success that I think there will be many more light up ultimate frisbee games to come.

Only next time I hope there won't be as many boys coveting my frisbee.
The last picture is of mine and McKenzie's mark we left on the "A" during homecoming week, and it is still there!

Did you spend $30 on light-up bracelets?
Why didn't Chris and I get an invitation? Aren't we cool enough?
No I spend 5 dollars on the bracelets, what kind of girl do you think I am. And you guys didn't get invited because you are M-A-R-R-I-E-D!
Do you have something against married people?
We are still fun.
Don't listen to the married people. They are lame. They couldn't Facebook people to get a party together if they had to. Good job on the recent blogging activity.
That does sound fun. Good job on the light up bracelet thing. Brilliant. Maybe you'll have to bring the frisbee when you come up to brand.
